Class Outline and Description

A typical class consists of:

  • Warm-ups

  • Ki Development Exercises

  • Technique Practice (in partners or groups)

  • Kokyudosa (a partner exercise for further development of basic principles)

  • Cool-down / Stretching

Classes may also focus on breathing exercises, meditation, weapons techniques and weapons kata (forms).
